The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of project documentation, records, and administrative processes. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced construction environment, supporting the project team with document control, compliance, and office administration.OverviewThis position will be based on site in West Dublin.Work pattern: Full time, Permanent - 5 days a week.Key DutiesKey DutiesDocument Control & Compliance: Maintain and update document management systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Control the distribution of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports. Ensure document revisions are correctly logged and archived on the document management systems. Support the team in ensuring compliance with QA procedures and company standards.Administration & Office Support Assist with general site administration, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Support the project team with meeting coordination, minutes, and action tracking. Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other project-related documentation.Communication & Coordination Act as a point of contact for document-related queries from engineers, subcontractors, and clients. Ensure efficient communication between office and site teams. Liaise with external suppliers and consultants to ensure timely receipt and distribution of project documents.Qualifications & ExperienceSkills / Experience required for the role: Previous experience in a document control or administrative role, preferably within construction or civil engineering. Proficiency in using document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Viewpoint, Asite, 4Projects, or similar software). Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems (desirable). Hold a Full UK Driving LicensePersonal Skills & Attributes Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
