Job Location - Port Moresby , Papua New Guinea2 Years ContractPosition - Contracts ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual andcommercial aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will involves managing contract administration, project scheduling, reporting, and controls to ensure project delivery aligns with contractual obligations, budget, and schedule. The ContractManager will coordinate closely with the Project Contracts Manager, project teams, and stakeholders to mitigate risks, resolve contractual issues, and ensure compliance across all project phasesQualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, BusinessAdministration, OR 10 practical experiences as a contract manager in a relatedfield.• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in contract management, project controls, or planning within the construction or infrastructure sector.• Proficiency in scheduling and project management software (Primavera P6, MSProject).• Strong understanding of contract law, standard contracts, and document management.• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings clearly.
