About the CompanyOur client is a US-based, AI-powered software aggregator that has recently expanded into the construction industry. Their mission is to leverage artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across construction operations. This role is offered as a remote position on an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.About the roleOur Client is building a team of remote Construction Estimator to join transforming the construction industry. The role involves reviewing 2D drawings, performing quantity take-offs and cost estimations, and collaborating with international teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals (up to 7 years) with backgrounds in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing expertise will be highly preferableKey ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret 2D construction drawings in PDF format.Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations for assigned construction divisions.Annotate and tag drawings using the company’s proprietary estimation software.Collaborate with international teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery.Prepare estimation documentation and maintain organized project records.Uphold quality standards and deliver results aligned with project timelines and requirements.Must Haves: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Decent English skill in both written and verbal communicationStrong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.QualificationsDegree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Open for candidates with various experience levels, from Fresh Graduates to Senior Estimators (up to 7 years of experience).Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones, including occasional late-night meetings aligned with US working hours.Experience in MEP will be highly preferableOpen to Indonesian citizens only.If you’re passionate about combining technology and construction, and eager to contribute to projects that redefine efficiency through AI-driven solutions, we invite you to apply.
