Job Title: Construction ManagementPosition SummaryResponsible as a Supervising Engineer and/or EHS Controller, carrying out site management, quality control, documentation, and reporting directly to the Project Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall site operations and report accurately and timely to the Project ManagerHandle daily site documentationControl and monitor material delivery (quantity, specifications, inspection)Maintain smooth communication with internal teams and vendorsMonitor work progress and deviations from contractual schedulesSupervise subcontractors and ensure quality complianceEnsure compliance with Japanese health & safety regulations and company standardsAttend weekly project team meetingsPrepare and consolidate daily reportsMaintain good relationships with local communitiesSupport weekly/monthly reporting to the Project ManagerEnsure project document control complies with contract requirementsLead the construction management team if acting as Main Construction ManagerEHS Controller responsibilitiesSupport English/Japanese translationAssist with internal/external auditsEssential Requirements1st Class Electrical or Civil Construction Management EngineerMore than 5 years of construction management experienceExperience as a Supervising Engineer managing sites and contractorsBusiness-level verbal and written communication in JapaneseProficient in MS Office and CAD toolsGood to HaveOver 5 years of construction management experience in renewable energy or general contractorsEnglish verbal and written communicationTeam player, negotiation skills, adaptability
