We cater to various sized groups, as well as a luxury FIT market, offering fully serviced bespoke itineraries.We’re Hiring: Tour OperatorsWe are seeking passionate individuals with travel reservations experience to join our team as Tour Operators.you will require to have holistic perspective, excellent organizational and communicative skills and the ability to lead negotiation.In this role, you will contact various suppliers (Hotels, Restaurants, Transportation companies, etc.) make inquiries and reservations and execute various decisions based on availability, budget and correct flow of the itinerary.Foreign candidates with a Japanese working permit are welcome! Work style:We prefer candidates who live in the area and can come to the office regularly. However, for suitable candidates we can offer hybrid or remote work.Key Responsibilities: Manage the logistical side of the itinerary with consideration to the given budget.Develop and maintain connections with various travel suppliers.Communicate with Tour Designers regarding the booking process.Requirements:Previous experience working in the travel industry or similar rolls which required dealing with various suppliers is a great advantage.Minimum level of full working proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken).Conversational English skills (strong advantage)Creative problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills.Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, etc.)Benefits: Competitive pay for suitable candidates.Possibility to participate in international travel shows.Periodical participation in domestic monitor and FAM tours.
