Construction Manager

About US:Abu Al Naga Contracting is a leading construction and real estate development company in Dubai, recognized for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and high-rise projects. We are currently seeking an accomplished and highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage the execution of major high-rise developments in Dubai.About Role:As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading all on-site construction activities, driving operational excellence, maintaining the highest safety standards, and ensuring full compliance with Dubai’s regulatory authorities. You will work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to deliver successful projects from inception to handover.The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex construction operations, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering top-tier projects within time, budget, and quality benchmarks.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones and quality benchmarks are met.Lead construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, promoting a productive, safe, and collaborative work environment.Monitor project budgets, prepare cost estimates, and implement corrective actions to avoid cost overruns.Develop, update, and manage detailed construction schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project) ensuring timely delivery.Maintain rigorous quality control through inspections, material verification, and site audits.Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations across all site operations.Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to align project expectations, deliverables, and timelines.Provide regular progress reports and proactively identify and resolve construction challenges.Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and other authority requirements.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, including 5+ years specifically managing high-rise projects in Dubai.Strong understanding of Dubai authority processes: Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, RTA, Civil Defense, etc.Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects from start to handover.Expertise in project management tools: Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Why Join Abu Al Naga Contracting?Work within a reputable, structured, and professional contractor environment.Competitive salary package and long-term career growth opportunities.Strong internal support system and collaborative workplace culture.How to Apply?Please send your CV to:📩 riham@abualnaga.com
