Role DescriptionAs a Construction Manager at Grant & Vine, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact projects that improve the performance and sustainability of buildings across the greater New York City Metropolitan Area. You’ll collaborate directly with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to oversee field operations, coordinate schedules, budgeting, project control, and maintain quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and regulationsMust have the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and suppliers. Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide construction teams effectivelyExperience in Budgeting and financial management for construction projectsProficiency in Construction and Project Control methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fieldProficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Products is preferred.2-5 years experience in the construction industry is preferredEmployment TypeFull-timeConstruction industry is preferred
