Construction Manager (On-Site Data Center EPC)

Job DescriptionLead and manage all phases of construction, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.Oversee execution and supervision of all phases of system implementation.Coordinate interfaces between different systems and disciplines.Identify potential risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.Manage and maintain engineering documentation.Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to PM and senior management.Review and approve submission documents.Manage and supervise system vendors and subcontractors.Conduct inspections, enforce quality standards, and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety codes.Review and verify subcontractor billing and cost documents.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in large-scale engineering projects. Good command of English and Thai. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and BIM tools (Revit)Strong knowledge of M&E systems and construction methodologies.
