The Construction Manager will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising construction teams, managing budgets and resources, ensuring adherence to construction safety guidelines, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The role also involves tracking project progress, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining efficient project control systems.QualificationsStrong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams and subcontractors in a construction environmentProficiency in Budgeting and resource management to ensure cost-effective project completionIn-depth knowledge and application of Construction Safety practices and regulations to maintain a safe work environmentProven expertise in Construction and Project Control, including tracking progress and ensuring project deliverables align with timelines and standardsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsFamiliarity with local and international construction standards is a plusPrevious experience working in remote or international locations is advantageous
