Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects for ICI Buildings construction projects across Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project operations and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This role requires a strong understanding of ICI Building Construction and a strong mechanical project background, with a focus on leadership, communication, and project execution. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.ResponsibilitiesOversee all stages of project life cycle on ICI Building projects ranging from 5M up to 20M+Effective management of project schedules and budgetsProvide timely status reports to stakeholders and project team membersProvide direction on contract administration to management and stakeholdersWork closely with Site teams and Site Superintendent on running successful projects.Qualifications5+ years of experience managing ICI Building projects ranging from 5M up to 20MStrong organizational and project management skillsIndustry knowledge and ability to read blueprints and drawingsDetail-oriented and strong communication skillsPost Secondary Education in Construction Management, Engineering or Business ManagementPMP and Gold Seal Certifications are an assetAbility to manage multiple projects at a time when neededGrowth and Business mindset as this is a role that works very closely with the Senior Management of the organization.If you are looking for a new opportunity to join a growing, fast paced, exciting company this could be your next career move!
