Job SummaryOur client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Burbank and Glendale, California.DutiesServe as the primary contact for the Real Estate Design and Delivery organization on small to medium construction projects, including cost estimating and turnkey network infrastructure delivery Develop design documents and BOMs for office building physical layers, including Telecom Room layouts, rack elevations, backbone drawings, labeling schemes, Division 27 documents, cutover/runlists, and other required plans Design cabling and backbone systems, pathways, conduits, outlets, and Telecom Room infrastructure such as: layouts, grounding, HVAC, racks, power, HCM, VCM Collaborate with Network Engineering and Wireless teams to define equipment needs, switch port requirements, UPS capacity, and Wi-Fi AP layouts, ensuring integration with ceiling and pathway designs Partner with architects to review and mark up floor plans so Construction Documents (CDs) accurately reflect physical layer requirements Work with Strategic Sourcing to manage bid processes: identify bidders, set milestones, conduct bid conferences, evaluate responses, and recommend contractors Provide construction administration, including site walks, OAC meetings, submittal reviews, RFIs, and coordination with contractors to ensure design compliance Resolve field issues and manage service provider/carrier integrations Establish and track project schedules, milestones, and financial forecasts Ensure smooth handoff to operations, including as-builts and close-out documentation Support Business Unit requests for cabling MACs and small projects Manage boundary room operations in Burbank/Glendale, including equipment installations, rack allocations, carrier circuits, cabling, power, and service provider builds Desired Skills/Experience:5+ years of experience in building construction, electrical, and communications infrastructure design and implementation Strong background in construction management, project management, and working with contractors and business units Proficiency in Bluebeam and AutoCAD for drawing reviews and collaboration Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of EIA/TIA standards, building codes, and industry best practices Ability to manage and prioritize multiple small to mid-size projects with timely and successful delivery Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences and address business concerns effectively Certifications such as BICSI RCDD or Professional Engineer are highly valued but not required Benefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $59.00 and $85.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
