Project Manager | Leading Contractors | Dublin, Ireland• Lead high-profile projects across commercial, residential, fit-out, mission-critical, and industrial sectors• Work with a Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors delivering complex projects• Excellent package & career development opportunitiesOradeo’s client, a leading construction and engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Dublin team. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery to budget, programme, quality, and safety standards.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery, from initial stages to handoverOversee project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel, fostering a high-performance cultureDevelop and update construction programmes, monitor progress, and report regularly to senior managementImplement and uphold health, safety, and welfare practices on siteProvide technical guidance, manage RFIs, submittals, and design coordinationLiaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and regulatory authorities, maintaining strong relationshipsMonitor and control project costs, prelims, and packages to achieve commercial objectivesConduct quality control inspections to ensure construction meets expectationsPlan and coordinate materials, plant, labour, and logistics with site and procurement teamsResolve technical and operational challenges efficiently while maintaining programme integrityCandidate Requirements:Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplineMinimum 5–7 years’ experience as a Project Manager or in a similar senior construction management roleExperience managing medium to large-scale projects, including commercial, residential, fit-out, or mission-critical constructionStrong technical, numeracy, and report-writing skillsProficiency in construction software: AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit, Navisworks, or equivalentKnowledge of Irish construction regulations, standards, and best practicesExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to plan, problem-solve, and make informed decisions under pressureCommercially aware with the ability to propose cost-effective solutionsPackage & Benefits:Competitive salary, car allowance or company vehicle, pension, life insurance, and healthcareRelocation support where applicableCompany laptop and mobile phoneContinuous Professional Development (CPD) and structured career progressionOpportunities to progress to Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Associate Director, or Projects Director rolesLifestyle benefits including Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), social and wellbeing initiativesEqual opportunities employer, committed to diversity and inclusionFor more information about this role or others, contact Eoghan Donohoe at Oradeo Recruitment confidentially on +353 1 687 7188 / +353 87 720 9723 or apply in confidence.
