CONSTRUCTION SAFETY OFFICERS

We are seeking 3 qualified Construction Safety Officers to join our team and support safe site operations across our projects in Othaya, Nyeri and Naromoru.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and enforce safety procedures on construction sites.Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.Perform site inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions.Generate weekly report and follow up on incidents, near misses, and non‑Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices.Maintain safety records and support compliance with OSHA 2007 and construction safety regulations.Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients on safety matters.Minimum RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, Environmental Health, or related field.At least 2 years’ experience in construction site supervision or safety operations.Good knowledge of Kenyan construction laws and OSHA regulations.Strong communication and reporting skills.Computer literacy (MS Word & Excel).How To ApplyAll applications should be submitted via email to RecruitmentLEDPower@Gmail.com with the subject title: CONSTRUCTION SAFETY OFFICER.
