(SCC) is a joint venture between Omya, the global leader in Calcium Carbonate production, and Saudi/Jordanian partners.As one of the region’s leading producers of Calcium Carbonate (CaCO₃), Dolomite, Talc, and Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC), SCC leverages Omya’s global expertise and technical support to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to the growing needs of the construction, polymer, and industrial sectors across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.Role Description – Sales Supervisor (Construction Segment – Fillers)We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our Construction Segment focused on fillers and mineral additives (CaCO₃, PCC, Talc, etc.).This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for driving growth within the construction segment, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring strong market penetration. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving revenue and margin targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and grow sales of fillers and mineral additives within the construction segment.Develop and execute effective sales and pricing strategies aligned with company goals.Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in construction materials, paints, coatings, adhesives, and related industries.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners.Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.Qualifications5–10 years of experience in sales within the construction or filler products industry (CaCO₃, PCC, Talc, etc.).Strong technical understanding of filler applications in paints, coatings, adhesives, and construction materials.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer networks.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple key accounts effectively.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.Proficiency in English and Arabic preferred.
