They are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations and ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality.Position SummaryThe Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial construction job sites. This includes supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, managing schedules, and coordinating with project managers, inspectors, and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all field operations from groundbreaking to final walkthroughManage site safety, quality control, and daily job site activitiesCoordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to maintain scheduleRead and interpret plans, specifications, and schedulesMaintain detailed daily reports and project documentationConduct regular site meetings and communicate updates with stakeholdersEnforce safety regulations and company policiesResolve issues that may delay project timelines or impact budgetQualifications3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionProven track record managing ground-up builds and/or tenant improvementsStrong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practicesAbility to lead and motivate subcontractors and field crewsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProficient in reading and understanding construction drawings and documentsCompetency with project management tools and reporting (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, etc.)OSHA 30 Certification preferredReliable transportation and a clean driving recordWhat They OfferCompetitive salary (based on experience)Company vehicle or vehicle allowanceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and holidaysSupportive team environment and long-term career growth opportunities
