Company DescriptionVision 4 Structures has over 30 years of experience in the industry and specializes in concrete forming and framing of multi family projects.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Worker located in Kelowna, BC, but may also include travel to other regions in the area. Daily tasks involve lifting and carrying materials, using hand and power tools, and ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently. Regular collaboration with team members and adherence to safety protocols is required.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience is preferred, but also willing to take on apprenticesGood physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materialsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAdherence to all safety guidelines and regulationsValid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus
