Consultant - Product Strategy

The RoleYou will work directly with Product and Business Leadership to define and execute Razorpay’s long-term and short-term strategic priorities. You will lead a small but high-agency team and own horizontal programs that cut across the product portfolio — from identifying new opportunities to driving strategic planning, investor storytelling, and execution excellence.What You’ll DoProduct & Business StrategyPartner with product leadership to define and execute product and business strategyDrive market research, competitive benchmarking, and new product identificationEvaluate Razorpay’s entry into new domains – building investment theses and execution roadmapsPortfolio Deep-DivesOwn the long-term strategy for our existing product portfolio — GTM, PMF, scale-up strategy, and new buildIdentify product opportunities that align with Razorpay’s strategic north starHorizontal Programs & Cross-functional MissionsConceptualize and drive horizontal product themes across compliance, experience, GTM excellence, and AIPartner with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and success across vertical and horizontal programsInvestor Relations & External CommunicationCraft compelling investor narratives around Razorpay’s product visionSupport investor demos, deep dives, and product-led storytellingExecution & GovernanceDrive long-range and annual strategic planning in collaboration with product and business headsEnable org-wide OKR setting and ensure alignment across functionsSet up governance mechanisms and execution rituals to ensure strategy translates into resultsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience across Product Strategy, Tier-1 Consulting, Chief of Staff roles, or Corporate StrategyStrong problem-solving skills — ability to thrive in ambiguity and structure complexityProven experience in managing multi-functional stakeholders and influencing across levelsExcellent written and verbal communication — crisp, concise, and persuasiveHigh ownership, bias for action, and the ability to zoom in and out of problems effortlesslyExperience in fintech/payments/neobanking is a plus but not mandatoryWork on some of the most complex and high-impact problems in fintechPartner with some of the brightest minds in product, engineering, and businessBe part of a high-growth environment with best-in-class execution velocity
