We provide reliable and disruption-minimized counts using our professional team, conducted according to schedules agreed upon with clients. Our services aim to improve confident management decision-making, reduce shrinkage through heightened staff awareness, and optimize inventory management with detailed category valuations. By leveraging our expertise, clients can achieve greater operational efficiency and control over their stock.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with retail stakeholders to gather business requirements and define data-drivensolutions.Support and execute on-field stock-taking operations across multiple store locations.Conduct physical stock audits, reconciliation, and discrepancy analysis.Identify shrinkage, process gaps, and stock variances to improve inventory accuracy.Manage end-to-end inventory reporting from data collection to consolidated enterprisereporting.Develop and maintain BI dashboards tracking stock accuracy, variances, availabilitygaps, sell-through performance, and store-level KPIs.Deliver daily, weekly, and ad-hoc operational reports to business stakeholders.Perform demand and supply analysis to support replenishment decisions.Optimize SQL queries and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and turnaroundtimes.Ensure data accuracy through cleaning, validation, and quality checks.Maintain documentation of operational processes and reporting standards.Qualifications3–6 years of experience in Business Consulting, Operations Analysis, or Retail Analytics.Strong background in Retail or FMCG inventory management.Experience in stock-taking, inventory audits, and reconciliation processes.Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (or similar BI tools).Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.Experience working in SLA-driven or client-facing environments.
