This role emphasizes relationship building and collaboration with industry experts to provide innovative solutions.In addition to it, you can expect:Work for the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviserA clear career development pathAn enthusiastic and passionate team who will support youContinuous on the job trainingWe will count on you to:Client administration in accordance with Marsh’s standards and procedures:Meetings with clients to identify their needs / offer presentationsAnswering client’s requests for insurance / renewal / modification of insurance policies or consultancy servicesCollaboration with all insurers agreed by Marsh for all "employee benefits" insurancesAdministration of existing insurance contractsBuild and nurture strong relationships through continuous client engagement.Development of client’s portfolio – market research, development, technical supportCollaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.Understand clients’ businesses, industries, and risks, translating that knowledge into practical solutions.Identify new business opportunities and cross sell within the business to meet expected targetsStay informed about the insurance market and industry shifts, adapting strategies as needed.What you need to have:At least 3 years of experience in corporate client service delivery function within Insurance (Insurance Companies, Brokerage) or Medical Clinics area – is a mustExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and EnglishHighly developed communication and presentation skillsEager to collaborate within a multinational network and a global companyExcellent negotiation skillsWhat makes you stand out?Prior insurance broking or Employee benefits experienceWhat is in it for you?
