We think this is a good opportunity for someone who has several (3-5 years) of business experience - in a project or problem-solving role - who is keen to explore a future career in consulting.Role DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to help our clients to create value, solve issues, maximise growth and improve their performance. You’ll work alongside your Kindred colleagues to help clients take stock of their business, future goals, and the way they are working together. You’ll work within project delivery teams to identify challenges and opportunities, frame key questions and develop solutions that will deliver business impact.In your average week you will:Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, supporting discovery research and data collectionPlay a key role in the preparation of documents and presentations that help frame the current state or bring future options to lifeDesign and attend client project meetings and workshopsProvide support to external marketing and content developmentParticipate in internal Kindred initiatives that contribute to our growth and cultureBuild close working relationships with the Kindred teamKey details:The salary range is £38,000-£55,000 per annum (based on experience).The role is for a permanent full-time hire, who must have indefinite right to work in the UKThe role is London-based with typical 3 days/week in our clients or our own Central London offices (FORA - Elephant & Castle)The role will report into a Kindred Partner.What We're Looking For:We’re looking for someone who has been working in a business environment for 3-5 years and is interested to get a foothold into a career in management consulting. You may have done a corporate graduate scheme or played a varied role in a mid-sized business, delivering projects or improvement initiatives that have given you a taste for variety and problem solving.You’ll have an aptitude for getting under the skin of issues and being able to describe them in easy and engaging ways. Your preference will be to understand the reasons behind things, think through the possible implications and imagine what the potential consequences might be. You’ll also be pragmatic and action-oriented with a deep sense of satisfaction and accomplishment from getting the job done.You currently are:A self-starter, who is intellectually curious and organised - able to keep on top of things in a delivery-focused environmentAdvanced communication skills – able to translate complex or detailed information into something visual and engagingA good listener, who can help ask questions to get under the skin of what others are saying and whySomeone with 3-5 years of commercial work experience (either in a corporate graduate scheme or in a role that has had a broad project focus with access to senior stakeholders) who is committed to develop your knowledge and skills in consultingEducated to degree level, in any subjectIdeally you either have first-hand experience of working in an organisation change / transformation context or close exposure to what this entails.What you’ll get:In this role, you’ll work closely with our in-house experts to apply your natural skills in a consulting environment.
