A. Role Purpose & Main ResponsibilitiesOur role is to manage the quality, consistency and reliability of management information used to track progress on Technology & Enterprise Operations (T&EO) strategy and performance. These are to demonstrate sustainable value creation within an effective risk framework.Co-ordination of inputs used to track progress across T&EO risk and compliance activities.Development of complete, accurate and timely management information for cross-division T&EO activities to facilitate day-to-day risk management and enable oversight.Maintain a disciplined focus on simplification and sustainable outcomes.Translating data and analysis to promote actionable insights and business value.Review and challenge management information.Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.Location: Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh CityB. Capabilities, Experience, and Qualification RequirementsReporting and MICollate and deliver accurate, timely and relevant management informationAnalysis of data to drive insights into reportsUnderstanding of data supply chains and preparation of data-driven metricsConsultingProven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations / timelinesAbility to work with business and technical leads to understand requirements and craft solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCritical thinking, along with analytical and innovative problem solverSuperior time management, organisation skills and resilience Data AnalysisKnowledge of data processes including data extraction, analysis, and visualisationKnowledge of digital technical technologiesQualification Requirements5-8 years' experience in technology, consulting, banking, or financial services.Highly regarded reporting, governance, risk, and change experienceDegree in Business / Technology.C.
