SingaporeApply nowDetailsType of contract: Full timeLocation(s): SingaporeLanguage(s): EnglishMobility: N/AApplication Deadline: 31/12/2025ResponsibilitiesLead automation engineers team to perform project activities such as Batch Design, implementation and testingWork in team environment with engineers and designers from NNIT, partners and clients to provide state of the art ControlSystems to improve efficiency, product quality, and profitability of process manufacturingWork with automation team to design and implement distributed control system (DCS) in line with S88 standards for the plantParticipate in system architecture, Design Specification, Control Strategies, and library developmentTesting and on-site commissioning and qualification of control systemDevelop Life Cycle documents, Electrical panels, Control Architecture and wiring drawings per GMP standardsSupporting manufacturing operations for day-to-day support for Automation systemsDevelop engineering standards to improve efficiency and accuracy of project executionProfessional Skills And ExperienceBachelor’s in engineering or related fields8+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry, with projects or operationsHands-on experience with up-to-date Emerson DeltaV DCS platformUnderstanding of Batch S88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc.)Understanding of automation hardware and networking technologiesMotivated self-starter who is quick to adapt and work with minimal supervisionStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesGood interpersonal and presentation skills for presentation to clients/management team where necessaryExperience and/or interests in pharmaceutical & biologics GMP processes (e.g. computer systems validation)Knowledge of Validation Lifecycle approach (URS, FAT/SAT, commissioning, I/O/PQ Protocols, etc), guidelines, international regulatory requirements and other industry best practicesExperience interacting with or creating material for management and regulatory agencies (preferably)Experience with investigations into manufacturing deviations and determination of product impact potential, root cause and corrective/preventive actionsOfferingConsulting roles for international healthcare clients in strategically relevant projectsWork in a professional consultancy environment within a highly motivated teamOpportunity to take on responsibility and to help shape our organizationExcellent career development and growth opportunities in a growing premier consulting organizationStructured training program and peer mentoring system to support competence and personal growthAbout NNITNNIT is a publicly listed company that specializes in IT solutions to life sciences internationally, and to the public and enterprise sectors in Denmark.
