We are backed by strong global investors, and led by proven professionals from global TMC and technology companies.  Learn more about us at www.plover.co.  We are seeking dynamic individuals with strong customer service skills to become part of our corporate travel management services team. Key deliverables include:· Servicing our corporate clients on their travel requirements.· Supporting client management in engaging and building strong relationships with travellers & travel arrangers through email and call interactions.· Be proactive and exercising creativity on flight & hotel options in responding to clients’ travel requests.· Support sourcing of group air for meeting & incentive groups.· Provide after-hours customer support through shift rotation.A perfect match profile would include:· Possesses a minimum of 2 years travel industry experience including knowledge of reservation (GDS), ticketing and fares constructions and online booking tools.· Possesses a diploma or A level, IATA/UFTAA Diploma beneficial.· Good communication skills in English, bilingual beneficial.· Strong soft skills in interpersonal relationship, a positive influence and team player.· Organized, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.If you are motivated for success and looking to work in a dynamic environment, we invite you to email your CV to talents@plover.co. Please include your current, expected salary and availability in your submission.
