Location: Paarl Role Purpose:The Consumables Consultant is responsible for driving consumable sales by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.The role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.Key Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for consumables.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and telesales follow-ups.Identify and prospect for new clients via telesales and other lead generation methods.Understand client needs and recommend suitable consumable solutions.Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system with all interactions.Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.Provide after-sales support and manage client queries professionally.Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.Skills & Requirements:Grade 12 (Matric) or higher qualification.Previous experience in consumables or office supplies sales will be advantageous.Strong telesales and cold-calling skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Personal Attributes:Results-oriented with a strong drive for success.Confident communicator with a professional demeanor.Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities.Team player with a collaborative attitude.Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills.
