What will you do?As a Consumer Insight & Marketing Intelligence Jr Manager, you will be responsible to become PIC of several brands in Lemonilo while handling ad hoc requests for business while managing & growing team members. You’ll work closely with senior members of the Marketing Innovation department. Your responsibilities will include:Responsible for end-to-end research and insights for both core and non-core product categories across main categories and new product development Lead day-to-day research management, updates, and coordination with stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party agencies Managing & coaching team member under his / her teamResponsible for ad-hoc business Explore untapped growth opportunities within the marketing and innovation team's scope by analyzing internal and consumer dataIdentify, initiate, plan, and lead end-to-end strategic projects with high business impactCollaborate with cross-functional teamsEnsure that all research and projects are planned, executed, and completed within the specified timeline, budget, and with high qualityReporting directly to Head of Consumer Insight & Marketing Intelligence Co-manage Consumer Insight Division budgetQualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Psychology, or related majors from reputable universityMinimum of 4 years of working experience in market research, or insights roleExperience in leading end-to-end strategic projects aimed at initiating business growth, from problem identification and data collection to data analysis, strategy development, and implementationHave experience to manage team memberExperience in planning, designing, and executing experiments to facilitate business growthFamiliarity with identifying relevant data sources and the data collection process to best meet the company’s needsComfortable working with large sales datasets, experience with tracking panel and Nielsen retail data would be advantageousStrong interest in quantitative and qualitative ad-hoc studies (Exploration Studies, Concept and Product Tests, Communication Checks, U&A, etc) Have foundational research skills in methodology and analysisAble to create performance reports from raw data and comfortable with numerical analysisComfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other office programsPossess strong analytical skills, adept at generating both strategic and tactical insightsProven strong project management skills for effectively handling multiple projectsPossess strong ownership, self-driven and enthusiastic team playerAgile, quick-learner and able to quickly adapt in fast-paced environmentMature & have high quality leadershipExperience working in well known FMCG or well known market research agencies is highly preferredSpeak and write fluent English
