This is a key leadership role with responsibility for developing and executing consumer marketing plans that deliver on brand ambition, category growth, and commercial impact.You will lead a talented team of six marketing professionals – including category managers, digital marketing specialists, social media and PR experts – and work closely with cross-functional teams across product, sales, and global marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the Nordic consumer marketing strategy for Electrolux and AEG, aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.Set clear goals and KPIs to drive awareness, preference, and conversion across channels.Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability.Own the go-to-market planning for key product launches and campaigns, ensuring excellence in execution.Collaborate with central and local teams to optimize media mix, digital performance, influencer marketing, and PR.Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and innovation.Ensure strong structure, prioritization, and agility in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Who You AreA strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and a passion for consumer brands.Structured, results-driven, and comfortable navigating complexity.A natural leader who builds trust, drives performance, and thrives in a “can-do” culture.Experienced in consumer marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer electronics.Skilled in digital marketing, brand building, and cross-functional collaboration.Fluent in English; Nordic language skills are a plus.Why Join Us?At Electrolux, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven company that puts sustainability, innovation, and people at the heart of everything we do.
