If you are as passionate as we are in making a difference and creating real impact in a fast-paced and wildly creative environment, then you might just be the person we are looking for.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research, competitor analysis, defining product requirements and ensuring products meets customer needsIdentify emerging trends, understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams (Brand, sales) and external partners to develop and test new product concepts and prototypesConduct Consumer Research & provide actionable insights for Marketing & Product Development TeamsConduct consumer trials to understand feedback on product & work accordinglyHelp with product testing in-house and through labs & ensure quality of the products time to time through quality checks.Create a report on industry trends & innovationsWhat we look forBachelor’s degree/master’s degree in science preferably material sciencesExperience of 0-1 years preferredPassion to work in the wellness spaceExperience with market research, consumer analysis.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
