Job Description

We are looking for a Consumer Services Specialist to join our team on a 3-month assignment. This role will play a key part in managing consumer complaints and inquiries. The focus will be on delivering timely, empathetic, and brand-consistent responses while ensuring issues are prioritized and resolved effectively. The Consumer Services Specialist will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to address concerns and maintain consumer trust. Your FutureHandle consumer complaints and inquiries received via phone, email, social media, and web formsPrioritize complaints based on urgency and impact, ensuring timely resolutionPartner with QA, R&D, and Marketing to investigate issues and implement corrective actionsDocument and track all cases accurately, maintaining compliance with internal standardsIdentify trends and provide feedback to support product improvements and enhance consumer satisfactionYour StrengthsMinimum of High School diploma; post-secondary education preferred.Experience in consumer services or customer care, ideally in a CPG environment.Strong communication skills in English (French bilingualism is an asset).Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.Proficiency in MS Office and experience with enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce is an asset.
