Analysts will play a key role in ensuring the consistency, quality and timely delivery of data that powers our products. The Analysts will be part of a dynamic team working with colleagues across multiple locations and experience a truly multi-national culture.Required Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesProcess data and apply it in an accurate manner to the database using technical and financial knowledgeTake ownership for data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completenessEnsure timely and complete resolution of queries from internal and external clientsSupport new projects to build and maintain the contentWork effectively within teams or by yourself, and be proactive to identify and resolve problemsLiaise with Data Operations, Customers, and third-party suppliersResearch new and review existing sources to ensure that quality, timeliness, and automationSupport continuous improvement of the process by sharing observations and feedback on the processUse appropriate language skills to understand and source financial informationUse language skills to build relationships with overseas market contactsDocument policies, procedures, and work processesAdhere to current data policies and proceduresBackup other analysts in the team during their absenceRequired Skills (Must Have)Full professional proficiency in the English and Mandarin language. Daily tasks will be conducted in these languages.
