In this role, you will work in an international environment, with great colleagues and play a key part in optimizing our digital presence and driving e-commerce performance.Key Responsibilities70% of time:Coordinate online campaigns and product launches in alignment with the Global Commercial Plan.Upload and maintain product content and assets in the e-commerce CMS and ensure product information accuracy.Align with regional teams to execute local commercial initiatives (e.g., Gift with Purchase promotions, localized campaigns, etc.).Merchandise the product assortment according to sales performance and regional needs.Curate and maintain featured products and cross-sell opportunities to optimize conversion and user engagement.30% of time:Collaborate with the Data Analyst and other stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive CRO strategy, ensuring sustainable growth in our conversion rate.Assist when needed with data analysis and reporting in coordination with the Data Analyst to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.Conduct site monitoring to ensure proper functionality, content accuracy, and user experience.Provide support for ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.Are you the one?QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.+3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online merchandising.Strong understanding of CMS tools and product data management.Experience with Google Tag Manager would be appreciated.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to collaborate effectively with global and regional teams.Analytical mindset with familiarity in interpreting sales and campaign data.Fluent English is required, while Swedish and/or any other languages are a plus.This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period within the D2C team, reporting to the Global Direct-to-Consumer Manager.
