You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various platforms while also nurturing our online community to ensure it remains vibrant and engaged.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our business goalsCreate high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updatesManage and grow our online community across various platforms, ensuring active participation and engagementAnalyze community feedback and content performance metrics to continuously improve strategies and initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of content and community effortsOrganize and host community events, webinars, and forums to enhance user interaction and brand loyaltyCurate relevant industry content and share insights to keep the community informed and engagedMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content and community growthRequirementsProven experience as a Content Specialist or Community Manager, particularly within B2B SaaS startupsStrong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling content that drives engagementExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detailExperience with community management tools and analytics platformsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong understanding of SEO practices and content marketing principlesFamiliarity with social media platforms and best practices for community engagementCreative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and community initiativesNice to HaveExperience in running online workshops or training sessionsKnowledge of HTML/CSS for basic content formattingFamiliarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creationBasic understanding of digital marketing strategiesExperience with email marketing platformsWe are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
