From idea to final edit, you’ll help us and our clients stand out online with engaging visuals, videos, and stories that drive attention and results.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and create social media and advertising content (images, short videos, captions) for Hy Digital and client projectsCollaborate with our advertising specialist to produce ad visuals and text for campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and GoogleUse tools like Canva, Descript, ChatGPT, Gemini, or other AI tools to ideate, write, and edit content efficientlyRecord and edit short videos with our team (especially with the Managing Director) for agency and client contentRepurpose long-form content into bite-sized clips, carousels, or reelsStay on top of AI and social media trends, experimenting with new formats and toolsSupport campaign optimization by creating new variations of ad creatives based on performance feedback🧠 What We’re Looking ForWe’re not expecting perfection, but we’re looking for someone creative, curious, and comfortable working with visuals, video, and AI tools.RequirementsThai National (fluent in Thai, good English reading and writing)Experience creating social media or ad content (photo or video) for brands or personal projectsBasic skills in Canva, CapCut, or Descript (or similar tools)Comfortable being behind and occasionally in front of the cameraInterest in using AI tools for design, writing, and editingStrong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learnNice-to-Haves:Experience creating ad creatives or copy for paid campaignsBasic understanding of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google AdsExperience in a marketing agency or creative environment💼 What You’ll GetHybrid work setup (home and Onnut office)Fast learning curve and hands-on mentorshipOpportunity to work with Thai and international clientsAccess to premium AI tools and trainingFlexible, open, and no-nonsense work cultureCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonuses🌟 Why Join UsYou’ll join a team that is AI-first, growth-focused, and people-driven.
