Responsible for creation, editing, and distribution of engaging and high-quality content across various channels, such as websites, social media, blogs, and email campaigns.What difference will you make?You will be helping to make HWH more visible and in return matching clients in the community that really need our services.What are we looking for?Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMarketing experienceProven track record of previous content management/social media management experienceA creative eyeConfidence in social media growthExcellent organisation skillsExcellent time manager skillsPeople skillsWhat will you be doing?Specific ResponsibilitiesConduct audience research to identify content needs and preferencesCreate and maintain a content calendar to schedule and track publishing timelinesOriginate/create and capture content to build awareness of our brand, drive relevance to our customer audience and educate others about the Health and Wellbeing Hub’s mission and activitiesSchedule and post content on social media platformsMonitor feedback and reception in relation to content and adapt accordinglyMaintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with brand identitySupport the update of the website, social media and content pagesEnsure that content is compliant with copyright and data protection lawsCollaborate with the marketing team to decide brand taglines, logo and other promotional materialCollaborate with marketing department to support marketing goals, specific social media objectives and reporting on ROI (Return On Investment)Represent social media segment within wider marketing team, consulting on brand taglines, logo and other promotional materialThe duties of the post may vary from time to time without changing the general character of the duties or the level of responsibilities entailed.
