About the RoleWe are looking for a talented and imaginative Content Creator to produce engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our audience and strengthens our brand presence. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and delivering compelling content across multiple platforms and formats, leveraging both traditional tools and cutting-edge AI technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate original, engaging content including videos, graphics, written posts, and multimedia assets for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaignsDevelop creative concepts and storytelling approaches that align with brand voice and resonate with target audiencesLeverage AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance content creation efficiency, generate ideas, and produce innovative multimedia contentPlan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules and strategic content distributionFilm, edit, and produce video content using various tools and software, optimizing for different platforms and formatsWrite compelling copy for social media posts, captions, scripts, blog articles, and other content needsStay on top of social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagementCollaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content supports broader business goals and campaignsMonitor content performance using analytics tools, gathering insights to refine content strategy and improve engagementEngage with audience comments and messages to build community and foster brand loyaltySource or create visual assets including photography, graphics, and design elements for content piecesAdapt content for different platforms and audiences while maintaining brand consistencyParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for content initiativesQualifications1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or related field (portfolio required)Strong proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), CapCut, Canva, or similar platformsExperience with AI content creation platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL-E, RunwayML, Synthesia, or similar tools for text, image, and video generationKnowledge of AI-powered editing tools and workflow automation to streamline content productionExcellent video filming and editing skills with understanding of composition, lighting, and storytellingOutstanding writing and communication skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platformsDeep understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook) and their best practicesCreative mindset with ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative content approaches, blending AI capabilities with human creativityStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesExperience with photography and basic graphic designKnowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies is a plusSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and take initiativeUnderstanding of ethical AI use and ability to maintain authenticity while using AI tools**Preference will be given to Kuwaiti nationals.
