Join us and help elevate businesses with complete control and comprehensive support, let's shape the future of work together!Profile Requirements:Min 2.5 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Experience in producing and editing videos (basic to intermediate level).Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and engagement tactics.Ability to storyboard, plan shoots, and produce content independently.Strong research and communication skills.Core responsibilities:Develop and produce written, visual, and multimedia content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and digital marketing materials.Create short-form and long-form video content (as needed) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaign objectives and brand strategy.Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support integrated marketing initiatives.Conduct research on industry topics, competitors, and trends to create relevant and engaging content.Repurpose existing content into multiple formats (videos, reels, infographics, articles, etc.).Write clear, compelling copy for captions, blogs, product descriptions, and promotional materials.Optimise content for SEO and platform best practices.Monitor content performance, track key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.Maintain brand tone, visual style, and messaging consistency across all channels.Assist with community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries where required.Organise and maintain a content library, digital assets, and file management structure.Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
