BRAND: WOMENS LUXURY / PREMIUM FASHIONROLE: SOCIAL & CONTENT PRODUCEROPEN TO FREELANCE / PART - TIME / FULL-TIMESALARY: $90,000 - $140,000 Depending on experienceThis is a hands-on content creation role for a premium Australian fashion label with a global audience. You’ll be the person behind the lens – shaping ideas, producing shoots, and turning out the kind of content that actually gets people talking.You’ll capture the brand in motion and stills – on the street, in studio, behind the scenes and on campaign. The brief is clear: premium quality, lo-fi energy, and content that feels as aspirational as it is scroll-stopping.You’ll understand the language of Instagram and TikTok, how to capture pace, movement and attitude, and how to make content that connects without losing the brand edge.What you’ll be doing:Shooting, editing and delivering content across social, ecommerce and campaign channels.Producing short-form videos and stills that feel authentic, premium and on-brand.Owning end-to-end shoot production – planning, casting, coordinating, and capturing.Collaborating with internal brand and marketing teams and the PR agency to deliver consistent visual storytelling.Maintaining a steady stream of high-performing content to support always-on social.Analysing what performs, what doesn’t, and using that to shape future content.Working both independently and as part of a small, high-energy creative team.What we’re looking for:Proven experience creating short-form content for premim fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands.A strong creative eye and understanding of current visual and cultural trends.Hands-on ability in videography, photography and editing (mobile or desktop).A portfolio that shows motion and still content at a level consistent with premium brands.Comfortable working quickly and flexibly – both behind the camera and potentially on camera.Organised, reliable and collaborative, with a genuine love of creating.If you’re the type of person who thinks in visuals, spots stories others miss, and has the creative drive to bring a brand to life through content – this is the kind of role you’ll thrive in.
