Content Creator Specialist

What you’ll do:- Plan and own the weekly content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.- Produce and publish short-form video content (scripts, shoot direction, basic editing) and static posts.- Write clear, empathetic copy in English and Khmer (captions, CTAs, stories).- Manage community — respond to comments & DMs, moderate conversations, and escalate issues.- Run creator & micro-influencer collaborations and manage deliverables.- Set up and run basic paid social ads and A/B tests with Marketing.- Track performance (engagement, reach, CTR, conversion) and optimize content weekly.- Repurpose high-performing assets across channels and support product launches.Must-have skills & experience:- 1+ years managing social channels for a consumer brand (FMCG/beauty/wellness preferred).- Strong short-form video skills — able to shoot, edit (CapCut / Premiere basics), and publish.- Excellent written Khmer and English (caption writing + community tone).- Social analytics know-how (Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, basic reporting).- Creative thinker with a bias for testing and learning.- Comfortable working fast, adapting to feedback, and executing end-to-end.Benefits — creative, fun, and supportive:- Work in a small, creative team where ideas are heard and shipped.- Regular creative sessions, idea jams and monthly show-and-tell.- Quarterly team outings / mini-retreats and startup-style socials.- Real ownership of work — strong portfolio growth and leadership visibility.Working Hour: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) & Sat (8am-12pm)Location: Phnom Penh (on-site)Interested candidate, please send your CV to: hello@buddyrosy.com
