You’ll be the voice of Wellbytes across all social platforms, blending strategy, storytelling, and soul to grow our audience, deepen engagement, and inspire daily awareness of our HSA products. As our HSA Content Creator focused on the Canadian market, you'll drive enhanced and dedicated content creation to highlight the benefits of Wellbytes, using dynamic and highly visual content like videos, blogs, and posts to increase awareness and address user pain points.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, monitor, and evaluate content marketing activities across monthly, quarterly, and annual goals (ROI and KPIs).Build and maintain a strong social media presence across key platforms tailored to the Canadian audience.Develop creative content strategies and targeted campaigns to raise awareness, address user needs, and highlight Wellbytes’ value.Create engaging, visual content including videos, blogs, posts and email content that strengthen brand storytelling and user connection.Support paid and organic campaigns with compelling narratives that showcase customer experiences and real benefits.Analyze content performance, optimize user funnels, and track campaign effectiveness to improve lead generation.Collaborate with Digital Marketer, Sale Manager, and internal team to understand customer insights, enhance experience, and boost retention and referrals.Stay updated on market trends and best practices to ensure content relevance and innovation.Perform other related tasks to support overall digital marketing objectives.Skill Requirements3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.Excellent English communication and presentation skills; French proficiency is a bonus.Experience in the Canadian market or understanding of health, wellness, or benefits-related topics is a plus.Skilled in using Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for visual content creation.Skilled in Short-form video content creation (self-recording).Familiar with social media analytics and able to measure and interpret ROI and KPI performance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.Creative storyteller with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Why Join Us?Hybrid working Opportunity to work on impactful fintech projects, health and wellness administrationCollaborative, innovative, and growth-driven environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageFull social insurance and benefits in compliance with Vietnam Labor LawExciting team building, monthly fun activitiesA chance to make a real impact in shaping the future of personal finance and retirement solutionsJoin us on this journey - send your CV to hr@wellbytes.ca
