Freelance Copywriter

We're looking for a talented email copywriter who understands the coaching space our email marketing agency and can write emails that convert.Project Scope:- Write approximately 10-15 emails per week- Mix of content-heavy emails and shorter emails (redirecting to YouTube videos, quick announcements, etc.)- Handle product launches and campaigns as needed (higher volume weeks = additional pay)- Research the ideal client and find new angles for emails- Think strategically about the overall email calendar, not just execute copy- Collaborate on campaign strategy and optimizationMust-haves:- Proven experience writing emails (show us results!)- Strong research skills to understand audiences deeply- Can work with frameworks and systematic processesBonus points for:- Experience with coaching or online education brands- Knowledge of email deliverability and engagement metricsPerformance Incentives:- Bonuses for high-performing campaigns (measured by open rates, click rates, and conversions)- Additional pay for high-volume weeks (launches, special campaigns)- Rate increases based on results- Opportunity to work on multiple client accounts as we scaleIf your emails perform, you'll see the data and get rewarded accordingly.To Apply please include:- Your best email sample, preferably from the coaching/education space with results and measurable outcome (open rate, click rate, conversion, revenue, etc.)- Your process : How do you approach writing a new email campaign?
