Content Designer

We’re looking for a Content Designer specialising in AI to help define and shape content processes and workflows that support generative AI initiatives. You’ll play a key role in guiding how content is designed, trained, and evaluated within AI-driven customer experiences - from conversational LLMs and writing assistants to image-based and prototype tools.You’ll champion human-centred content practices in AI and collaborate closely with Data, Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Digital Experience teams to ensure content standards and ethics are embedded throughout.Key Responsibilities:Define the content vision and standards for AI, acting as the voice of content in all AI-related conversations.Curate and structure datasets used for AI systems, ensuring the organisation’s tone and values are consistently represented in generated content.Partner with Data Scientists, UX Researchers, and Designers to create customer-led AI experiences, including conversational AI.Evaluate and refine AI-generated content, maintaining high standards of clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.Lead by example and mentor Digital Experience Writers, supporting their growth in AI content design and strategy.Requirements:Proven experience in content strategy and design, particularly in AI or data-driven environments.Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including how they influence content creation and design.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible strategies for non-technical stakeholders.Experience working cross-functionally, aligning multiple teams and stakeholders toward a shared content and AI vision.Any knowledge of Python or familiarity with data engineering or rapid prototyping is highly desirable.A portfolio demonstrating relevant AI or content design work is required.Details:10 Month contract assignment (Likely extend)Hybrid working - Amsterdam€65-70 per hour on Interim payroll contract / secondment (No ZZP)4.5-5k net monthly salary (including holiday, pension and expenses)
