With over half a million users, it continues to be the fastest-growing digital bank in the region.Job Overview:As a Content Governance Manager at Emirates NBD, your role is to define, implement, and oversee written contentstandards across all Emirates NBD customer communication channels. The role ensures a high-level of contentquality, consistency, and continued brand alignment. It also plays a key role in developing content guidelines,frameworks, and guiding internal stakeholders and external agency partners to uphold our verbal identity andtone of voice principles.Key Responsibilities: Develop, document, and maintain verbal guidelines and usage principles. Review written content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone of voice, and overall brand consistency. Guide internal teams and external agency partners on applying content standards and adhering to our guidelines. Establish and maintain content review workflows in collaboration with Group Marketing and relevant teams. Work with Group Marketing and agency teams to ensure continued adherence to the guidelines. Skills and Experience: 5+ years of experience in copywriting, communications, journalism, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Native-level proficiency in English and Arabic, with excellent command of grammar, structure and writing style. Experience working with content across different online and offline channels (e.g., web, outdoor, social) and workflow management systems. Proven experience developing and managing content guidelines and standards. Strong understanding of content strategy and customer communication journeys. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines of varying complexity and urgency.
