Content Management Specialist (Remote)Optomi, in partnership with a leading enterprise healthcare organization, is seeking a Content Management Specialist to support the creation, formatting, and delivery of digital content across large-scale platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, high-quality content is published consistently and on schedule within a highly regulated, fast-paced environment. What You’ll DoConvert source materials into HTML or XML, ensuring proper structure, accessibility, and formatting within enterprise publishing tools.Insert and configure digital assets such as images, videos, hyperlinks, and tables to support complete and polished content delivery.Review, proof, and validate content before publication to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with healthcare standards.Organize and prioritize your workload to stay on track with daily and weekly publishing timelines.Troubleshoot formatting or system-related issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams.Contribute to ongoing process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance tool efficiency.Monitor publishing systems and tools, providing recommendations to improve the speed, quality, and reliability of content production.Assist with additional content-related needs as they arise. What You Bring4 years of experience in digital production, content publishing, or content operationsExperience managing tasks or small projects within a fast-paced enterprise environment, ideally within healthcare or similarly regulated industries.A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability while remaining receptive to feedback and direction.Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and organizational skills.Technical proficiency with:HTML editors and publishing tools (e.g., Dreamweaver or similar)Web browsers and CMS platformsMultimedia content handlingDatabase or content reporting toolsAbility to adapt quickly as processes, technology, and business needs evolve.
