VP - HRIS - Financial Services

Taurus Search working with one of our best clients in the banking sector to find a VP level professional in Human Resource Information Systems, with hands on technology and coding experience. This is an exciting opportunity at a 100-year-old financial institution with strong stability, and continued growth. This position will be responsible for oversight of the daily operations of the HRIS platforms, managing system configurations, and working on reporting tools. A great work/life balance position for a strong HRIS expert looking to lead a team.Responsibilities:Design and implement the analytics architecture using MS FabricPartner with reporting and analytics within HR to ensure uniform data usage across internal stakeholdersBuild pipelines to the data warehouses using MS FabricReview reporting tools and data structures for alignment with business needs - creating and managing delivery of dashboards, KPIs and workforce analyticsMaintain HRIS platform data integrityPartner across HR functions to gather feedback and create and overall improved user experienceWork closely with 3rd party vendors to implement software updates and create internal system optimizationsLead a team of analysts working to develop reports and analyticsLead the development and implementation of dashboards and reporting roadmapsRequirements:7+ years of experience in an analytics, data engineering, and/or HRIS focused roleExpert level experience in MS Fabric, PowerBI, Synapse, Data Factory, and OneLake - ideally with project implementationsExperience with SAP Successfactors requiredStrong skillset with SQL, database management, business intelligence and systems administrationExperience leading and managing projects and deliveryBachelors degree in CompSci, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar field
