With a mission to improve patient care, we deliver information and education to healthcare professionals through over 400 global, regional, and local events, reaching more than 2 million users monthly through digital networks and social channels.HMP Collective is seeking a detail-oriented and scientifically savvy Content Manager to support the development, accuracy, and delivery of high-quality medical communications across digital and print platforms. This role blends medical editing, content organization, compliance execution, and digital content management, ensuring scientific precision and seamless execution across promotional and non-promotional projects.Please be prepared to participate in a structured editing task/test.ResponsibilitiesReview and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with AMA style, client guidelines, and brand standards.Conduct reference checks, apply and verify annotations, and ensure all feedback is incorporated accurately.Partner with medical and content teams to maintain scientific integrity and ensure alignment with client objectives.Contribute to the management of MLR submissions—including tagging, linking, and copyright requests—and track review status through client systems (eg, Veeva Vault).Build and revise digital deliverables, including webpages, quizzes, UAT content, and eNewsletters.Participate in quarterly travel for internal collaboration sessions, with additional travel as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a scientific or communications-related discipline required.2+ years of experience in medical communications, medical editing, or related field.Strong command of AMA style and familiarity with medical terminology, scientific referencing, and compliance requirements.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and digital content management systems.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in scientific content.Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.Please follow HMP Global on LinkedIn for news and updates
