There has never been a more exciting time to join XPENG — a leader in smart electric vehicles and sustainable mobility solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo production: Plan, produce, shoot, and edit engaging video content for multiple platforms (social media, website, events, campaigns).Graphic content creation: Design static and print assets (social media visuals, brochures, event materials, infographics, presentations, etc.) using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.Lead and supervise content productions executed by external agencies, ensuring alignment with XPENG’s brand identity and strategic objectives.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop content that supports campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.Manage the content production workflow from concept to final delivery, including briefs, timelines, budgets, and approvals.Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all video and graphic assets.Keep up-to-date with creative and digital trends to propose innovative formats and storytelling techniques.Maintain and organize internal video and graphic asset libraries.RequirementsProven experience in video production and editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, or similar).Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.Solid portfolio demonstrating both video and graphic content creation.Experience working with and managing external creative/production agencies.Ability to balance hands-on production with project management responsibilities.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills in English; French native mandatory.Passion for technology, innovation, and the automotive/e-mobility industry is highly valued.XPENG offers:An interesting, unique and very varied job at XPENGA job with an incredibly large contact surface both internally and externallyAn attractive salary package incl. pension and with the possibility of a bonusTo be involved in the growth of an existing EV brand in EuropeNext steps:To comply with GDPR, we can’t process your personal data without your given consent.
