Identify and take appropriate action on potentially harmful or inappropriate material. Handle each decision with fairness, empathy, and precision. Contribute to creating a digital environment where users can engage freely and safely. What You BringFluent German (C1 or higher) and good English (B2). EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card (visa sponsorship unavailable). Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and start soon. Keen eye for detail, good judgment, and the ability to remain objective. Previous moderation or support experience is helpful but not mandatory — full training will be provided.
