Just drop us an email at talent@wearepion.com.About The Role.As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Content Operations Assistant to join us in the Philippines.Responsibilities includeManage and action tasks within the Operations inbox, ensuring timely responses and smooth workflow coordination across teamsCreate and maintain brand and offer listings, including new brand onboarding, offer setup, and ongoing updates to ensure accuracy and relevanceSupport the development and upkeep of key operational tools and features, including the verification tool, Premium Brand Hub, and Beans ID consumer groupsOversee offer tracking and performance monitoring, ensuring all tracking links and codes function correctly and resolving related issues where neededIdentify and report platform bugs through the established bug management process, supporting continuous improvement and platform reliabilityRequirementsA little bit about you.We'd really like to hear from you, if you haveStrong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and maintain accuracyConfident written communication skills and fluency in EnglishComfortable using digital tools and platforms, with good working knowledge of spreadsheetsAble to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlinesStrong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and maintain accuracyPrevious experience working with a CMS or similar content management tools is a plusBenefitsLife at Pion.Benefits are in line with all standard benefits associated with individuals who have the right to work in the Philippines.The benefits will be confirmed by an Employer of Record (EOR), and this role will be employed via that EOR.This is a fully remote role, however there is a 3 month training period which will be on site at our Manila office.Want to know more?Check out our career site for everything you need to know about starting a career with Pion.Due to the high volume of applicants, we can only respond to shortlisted applicants.
