You’ll help us craft engaging lifestyle and educational content for Instagram, from developing ideas, creating relatable scripts, managing visuals, to appearing as a talent in front of the camera.If you love storytelling, social-media trends, and connecting brands with audiences in fun and authentic ways, this internship will give you hands-on creative experience and a chance to grow in a real agency environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative and relevant content ideas aligned with lifestyle, education, and brand themes.Copywrite and plan social media content across various formats (Reels, TikTok, Carousel).Act as on-camera talent for Reels and video content.Manage visual content and video briefs, ensuring clarity for production teams.Direct and oversee content execution to produce outputs aligned with brand direction.Research and adapt social-media trends into brand-relevant ideas.Maintain consistency with the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity.Collaborate closely with creative, design, and production teams (no video editing required).Monitor Instagram content performance, analyze insights, and identify improvement opportunities.Create weekly and monthly performance reports, including growth tracking and action plans.Participate actively in daily content production and brainstorming sessions.RequirementsCurrently a student or fresh graduate passionate about content creation, branding, and social media.Ability ToGenerate strong content ideas, copywrite, and shoot simple video content (Reels, TikTok, Carousel).Manage visual assets and provide clear creative direction for content execution.Understand content pillars, brand guidelines, and tone of voice.Monitor performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.Stay sensitive to social-media trends and adapt them creatively.Collaborate effectively within a team and communicate ideas clearly.Confident and comfortable appearing on camera as a talent.Creative, responsive, and highly proactive in daily content production.Available to work onsite (WFO) at NaikDaun.id officeWhat You’ll GetReal, hands-on experience in creative content strategy and social-media campaign execution.Opportunity to contribute to live brand projects and build a professional portfolio.Mentorship and feedback directly from NaikDaun’s creative team.Internship certificate and recommendation upon completion.
