Every week we deliver thousands of meals across Australia - and none of it would be possible without passionate people behind the scenes.We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to work across our meal kit brands, Marley Spoon and Dinnerly, who’ll turn content strategy into scroll-stopping assets across key marketing channels and customer touchpoints.You won’t just schedule Instagram carousels - you’ll bring our brands to life with strategic assets and be our in-house expert on all things social media and content.The OpportunityDrive the production and publishing of static and video content for social media channels and digital channels (eg. website blog, landing pages)Manage the social media calendar and content planning/production processes for across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok assets, including commissioning copy, graphic design and video outputsAnalyse social media content performance for regular reports, using identified key metrics to present to stakeholders and advise on further reporting opportunitiesAssist on shoots, including filming your own smartphone videographyCollaborate cross-functionally with the Culinary, Creative, Digital, Product, Customer Care and Global Brand teams to develop and guide content deliverablesContinually optimise our social media strategy and production plans by implementing actionable performance insights and evolving channel best practice, with a keen focus on AI-powered solutions and toolsWhat we’re looking for:You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who can bridge the gap between creative and data, and is organised, proactive and collaborative. You enjoy creative problem-solving, testing new ideas, and are obsessed with social media.You’ll Bring3+ years in social media management and content creation in a Marketing team or agency environment, with strong technical understanding of social media trends, algorithms and best practicesProven track record executing successful social media strategies, campaigns and content, with a portfolio of social media workExperience shooting content using smartphones, including filming and directing other creatives to capture photo and videoExperience working with AI-powered tools for content production and social media managementKeen eye for visuals paired with commercial sensibility and a data-driven mindset, for delivering and analysing on-brand, compelling content that drives marketing objectivesBonus points if you have:A passion for food/cooking, and/or work experience in the food/hospitality industries.Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of online consumer behaviour, especially for lifecycle marketing and/or subscription productsExperience working with global teams and understanding of different cultural approaches to project management and cross-functional collaborationWhat’s In It For YouAt Marley Spoon, We Believe Work Should Fuel Your Growth, Not Drain It.
