Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Brisbane, QLD, with the option to work remotely part of the time. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients to drive sales, managing customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. The role also involves training and supporting clients, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to business development efforts. Qualifications Strong Communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clientsProven experience in Customer Service and a customer-focused approachDemonstrated success in Sales or Sales & Marketing rolesAbility to deliver Training to clients and guide them in using SaigolEd products and servicesAn understanding of digital marketing and EdTech will be an advantageProactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in both team and individual settingsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
